EE26: Sinclair joystick input scheme
Five keydefs -- Gear, Accelerate, Brake, Left and Right -- packed the way redefine_keyscan returns them: half-row number in bits 0..2, key in bits 3 and up. stt_copy_keydefs copies them over the first five bytes of temp_keydefs.
